A couple of small quick outlines.


The first discusses some income sources for the city by taxing vacant and undeveloped properties more, by imposing aggressive tax on multiple property owners, and by finding some way to penalize condo developers that don’t include subsidized units.

The second document suggests a clever way that the city COULD possibly penalize condo developers who do not include subsidized units… by the costs of permits issued to the developers.
